noticed that over the years that the metal structures don't seem to be as durable due to the constant movement on
the water as per wood. I built metal docks for 11 years, So I speak from my experience only. Built Properly a wood
dock will last a long time without investing in the high cost of metal docks.
For decking and handrails I use "ACQ" treated lumber along with composites like EVERGRAIN, and Trex . Also vinyl
products like ENDECK, WOLF, and AZEK. Nautical rope and others type handrails. I use a variety of boat lifts to suit
the needs of everyone. Retaining walls are Keystone Blocks

The third level is my "Premium level" which is built a lot heavier duty in construction and more hardware. It carries a 10 year
guarantee.(most people choose)
The forth level is my "Elite level" built with larger lumber and more hardware. It carries a 12 year guarantee.
My promise to you is that you will be 100% satisfied and I'll stand behind my work. My written warranty is better than most because my
standards are higher. The bottom line it if I build it it's going to be there a long time without worries of costly repairs.
