Instructions:
Click on the link for the application. Next in your browsers upper left hand corner click on ,"File". Next click on ,"Save As" then click ,"save". It will be default PDF
format. Note where on your computer you save this file. Now you can close the browser. Open the PDF file that you just saved. After you open the PDF file ( On older
PDF versions ) look in the upper right hand corner and click on, "Sign" . A window pane will open up below. Click on, "Add Text" then point and click on the
necessary places on the form and type required info. On newer PDF versions look on the lower right hand side and click on,
" fill and sign" then you are ready to start typing. To change the page you will need to X out of the fill and sign so that the page will scroll down to the next page
To place your signature you must first sign your name on a sheet of paper. Sign it the full width of the paper. A black ,"Sharpie" fine point marker works best for
visibility. Scan the signature into your computer. Note where it is saved. Windows 7 or later will be saved default at, "Library, Pictures, ControlCenter3, Scan". Next you
will need to click on the PDF file on the right hand side pane where it says, "Place Signature". This will open another window chose the option, "Use An Image". Now
you must find your signature you just scanned. Click on, "Browse" then locate your file. Click, "Open" then, "Accept". Now return back to the, "Place signature" tab and
drag your signature to the proper place. Resize the signature if necessary.
At this point you need to save your PDF file then Attach the file to an email and send to tommy@castawaysmc.com
